Lunch at Kitchen Mouse // Highland Park

Once a week or so... we love taking BK local adventure for lunch! Our recent hit has been Kitchen Mouse in Highland Park which was originally introduced to us by Susan's Airbnb host in Highland Park. I love that I feel good from an inside out when I eat their food for lunch. I also enjoy their open and airy space. I haven't take my entire family to the cafe yet but my mom friend takes her three years old there for lunch all the time. 

It's about 20 minutes drive from our studio but it is always so worth it! The area of Highland Park on Figueroa street is changing rapidly and we keep seeing more and more interesting shops popping up! So definitely worth walking around the street for a cup of coffee at Civil Coffee and a neighborhood browsing if you have little more time than just lunch!
