Baking {apple crisp} with 4th-market Risotto

I like experimenting different recipes with the 4th-market ovenware whenever I have a good excuse! My parents have a huge apple tree with great harvest this year so we had more than handful apples that needed to be eaten this week... so I used the perfect excuse of friend's visit to bake a super easy apple crisp with Risotto Pan!

I feel like I am chronically busy and I get very very consumed by my work more than it is probably healthy... so I really get the sense of calmness when I feel like I have enough space in my mind (and time in the day) to make things nice.

My personal goal for the rest of 2011 is to curve out more of this kind of moments... little more often.


Today I am heading out to have a late lunch with some of my girlfriends... that's a luxury:)
